Microsoft Toolbar??

How do I switch my toolbar so its horizontal and at the bottom?? I accidentally changed it to vertical on the left, but I don't know how! HELP PLEASE??

just left click on it, hold the button and drag it back to the bottom...

hold and drag to wheere u want it.
