I really like her. Met her a day ago, we exchanged numbers. Phoned her, had a lengthy and fun conversation. She seems really sweet, has an open personality (rare feat these days, I know). Then she said 'I'm a stripper, by the way'. (She is an honest girl, so I did not dismiss her claim as a "****-test".) I told her that I don't mind. And really, I don't, because I have no previous experience of dating strippers and I would not succumb to prejudices and preconceptions that the society has formed about strippers.

I'll phone her tommorow and ask her out for a date, I'll guess.

I don't personally know any strippers, she's the first one. She is also the first girl with whom I felt that I could actually have a stable relationship which would consist of things other than going to movies, hanging out in nightclubs, and having sex.

Any advice or thougths on the matter? Also, if I choose her to be my girlfriend, is there anything I should be aware of and be ready for?

you better have more money than her, because if she is a GOOD stripper she is pulling in about 1,000 a week.

can you match that? NO-MATTER what anyone says Most, MOST, MOST, girls are SUPERFICIAL! and MATERIALISTIC-

be careful, you may wind up getting hurt.
the fun of it can only last so long.

If you have feelings for her and she for you, what's the problem? You should expect for the both of you to be honest and upfront about what you do and don't want to do. As for society, skin sells and really there's nothing wrong with it so long as the people doing the selling are not being exploited or threatened in any way. Be prepared for the dumb-jock as well as the sex crazed low-brow cromagnon types who'll see the two of you(although this will be once in a blue moon only so don't worry too much about it) who say or make really stupid comments of gestures or even propositions to her and you as well. If you both love each other, things will work themselves out for the best.

I hate to generalize, but a lot of the girls who work in the adult entertainment industry have many issues.

I mean, can you see yourself taking her to meet your parents, or being the mother of your kids!

I guess if you want to go out and have some fun there is nothing wrong with dating her, strippers need love too.

Could be a problem down the track when you introduce her to your Dad and he was sticking 50 dollar notes in her G-string the night before.

You have'nt even been on one date and you're thinking about her maybe being your girlfriend ? Something wrong there. You don't know her, how can you have any feelings period ? All I can say is take it SLOW ! And don't get any silly ideas ! She may not be looking for a relationship.

Buddy, just relax, she is honest, she told you the truth. It's those who would lie about their jobs. Do you have a problem with it. She feels comfortable with her own body, so you should just respect her and have a relatioship with her. Don't me so narrow-minded.
