Can not open icons on monitor, keeps coming up, "Open with?

Choose the program you want to use to open this file. What give, isit system 32 really need some help.

For some reason your files seem to have lost their file extension definitions. Right click on the icons go to properties and see where they are pointed to.

You may have to delete the icons (something may have caused them to become corrupt) and re establish them as short cuts.
