promise him a little present if he wont bother you for a month maybe and that everytime he will bother you, you will write it down and for everytime you will make the present smaller. if he has done it 3 times, than he doesnt get any present.

You should threaten to take or hide one of his favorite toy\toys and if he stops you give it back.
