Well...primates (including humans) tend to taste like pork, or so the cannibals say. So consequently, monkey meat would be great for making breakfast sausage if you couldn't find any pigs to slaughter and you happened to find some monkey roadkill on your way home from work yesterday.

you would only eat monkey's for breakfast if you were in China where monkey brains are a delicacy. You'd also have to be pretty rich due to cost. It's usually something eaten at dinner though, so you'd have to be rich AND a little eccentric.
