Well, I think that is why you get baptized when you are born, because God knows all that is going to happen to you, god is all knowing. But, then again, for those who don't people in God then no, things happen that I don't think god foresees, like serial killers, 9/11, or school shooting, or when those men bombed Oklahoma, you know certain things. And, suppose you do believe in god after that thing happens to you, you wonder why did he do this to me. Of course you come up with no answer. If god does know you will sin before you are born, why not stop you before hand?

You betcha!
Time is an illusion, past and future are all now. So anything you will do is already done. This still leaves you with free will though because we have infinite aspects to each incarnation in which we do it all. So no matter what you choose, one of your other aspects will make a different choice, and in that manner you have done everything.
As to whether the concept of sin is real, that's a better question...
God forgives everything...
The notion that we can be eternally condemned for our sins is a man-made rule designed for social-engineering to inspire us to conform to rules which benefit religion and society...
Whether sin is real or not doesn't matter since we are always forgiven and will always be in god's grace.

The Christian god, if he exists, not only knows, but has decided in advance that you will sin. That is why he set Adam and Eve up with the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, because he knew that they would pick the fruit, and be damned, thus fulfilling his true need for souls to torment. To ensure that he will have plenty of damned souls to fill hell, the Christian god further invented the concept of original sin, so that he could continue to punish the descendents of Adam for eating fruit they never had access to. God is the Marquis de Sade of the universe, he just uses Satan as his whip man.

Yes, because God knows everything. Not only does God know, but we know, too. Because everyone is born with the sin nature, everyone will sin. That's the bad news.
The good news is that a Savior was born in Bethlehem to take away the sins of the world. Yea!!! What a priceless gift!!!

We have inherited sin from Adam and Eve, like a dented pan that produces same shaped pancakes, we are all imperfect.
Deliberate sin though, yes, God knew that because he knows each of us very well. Isnt it nice that even if he knows we will sin, he let us live.
Because God knows that despite our imperfections, we have within us the potential for cultivating the same qualities that he exemplifies.
---
We all have the inclination to sin (meaning miss the mark, in God's case;obedience) but we also have the potential to do otherwise, to do good and be able to hit the mark.
God does not keep a record of our wrongs and he does not make us guilty by telling us 'I know what you did 10 years ago, last week, yesterday...' It shows how patient he is cause we sin everyday yet he still waits for us to repent .

If you believe God is truly all-knowing, then yes he knows if you'll sin before you are born. It really depends on your perspective of God.

Yes---know all !
Imagine standing on the roof a ten-story building. A parade is going to start in the street below. It forms, it begins, and it travels the parade rout length and then disperses. All this happened in your view.
This is the way OUR GOD sees us! Before our birth HE knows the complete and whole story! But HE also orchestrated our "parade rout" before we were even born. That is called PREDESTINATION. Before we were even born HE knew everything.

Yes, God knows all. He created humans with a free will though, so He will not stop one from sinning.

Yes God knew we all had sin natures and we would all sin it is the reason he provided the atonement and it could only be through him.

If a person believes that God is " the alpha and the omega" ( beginning and the end) then he/she knows the beginning and end of your life and everything in between before you are born.
