Why is it that if I eat 1 pound of chocolate or ice cream, I gain 10 pounds - BUT if I eat 100 pounds of broccoli I gain ZERO pounds?

Life sucks like that doesn't it? Where is the all chocolate diet? I'd be the skinniest woman alive.....

Chocolate, ice cream both have sugar. And alot of sugar makes you sick and fat. Broccoli is good for you and nothing would happen if you eat alot of broccoli by itself.

because broccoli has fiber and it will go through your system like a river
chocolate is sugar and will be stored in your body

Eating broccolli is actually negative calories, you burn more then what your intaking, it's technically excersize. Chocolate it positive calories, thats how you gain fat fast.
