Thin nose membranes and really dry air are the two culprits for that condition. Not much you can do about thin membranes, but start using saline nose spray or a humidifier.

Besides drugs? Too dry in your atmosphere. Try getting some water in the air with a humidifier or just set a kettle on the stove & let it spew steam for a while. Been there.

It is indeed the dry air. You can try the white vaseline in the nose to keep the membranes moist. I have tried this and it works wonders.

Probably dried out and little scabby that comes loose when you blow. Try to hold that side shut when you blow ( to not aggravate it any further) and use some saline mist spray for lube. Time will heal it.
