my sister always finds somthing to whine about. She is 11 years old and she acts like a 2 year old. what can i do to stop her from whineing all the time.

unfortunately shes going to do that for a while. Your just going to have to learn how to ignore it because there is now way that you would be able to change her.

there is really no good answer for this.. but the problem that she is whining could be that she gets her way all the time..

tell her i dont want to hear that!! shut up!!! just kidding ask her that if she wants to be treated like an adult she needs to star acting like one, or teaten her and say if you dont stop whining i'm gonna pinch you so hard your gonna have rug burns all over your face and act like you mean it she will probably be scared to death
