It's not a matter of premium as much as rareness. Only 1 of 14 people in the world is blond, so, it's unusual and due to that more desirable.

What makes you think that "Everyone" wants a "Blonde" girl? If you are talking about Dating, then no not everyone is looking for a Blonde girl. Everyone is looking for that one girl that has a connection/chemistry with you. Now if you are talking about "Hooking Up" / "One Nighters", then you could possibly make a case that everyone wants a "Blonde" girl, but still that could be wrong as well.

Only if you like blondes. I have 2 daughters, one blonde, one dark brunette. Neither one has had a problem finding guys or have never been without a boyfriend unless that is what they wanted.
