Yes, but you need to get rid of the tannin. The Koreans make this tofu thing out of acorn. You need to boil it in salt water several times. before you eat acorns

yes. they can be brewed into a tea, although the tannic acid in them would probably make them quite bitter. acorns could be roasted and then pounded into a flour.
ive never tasted it either, but i suppose if it was worthy of eating, we would see them on the market.

Yes, but they're VERY bitter. I've never had them cooked, but I can remember eating them on the playground with my friends back in elementary school :)
