Could be a cold, an eye infection or something in it's eye, either way, it's probably a good idea to get it checked out.

Keep an eye on the kitten until it is better. You'll need to keep it warm and make sure the kitten is eating, drinking and still using the litter box regularly. If you notice the kitten has stopped eating, or anything like that you'll probably need to force feed it and definitely get it into the vet. They'll likely give you antibiotics (which really don't do too much for viral stuff) but you can also get prescription wet food to help tempt the kitten to eat (it's super smelly and has a lot of calories). Another thing you can get to help keep the weight on is nutri-cal which is a dietary supplement that is super smelly and a lot of cats seems to like.
Just keep an eye on the poor baby and things should be fine, but since the baby is young you'll want to keep that eye out for any eating changes and get it to the vet right away if it starts to lose weight or dehydrate!

Poor little kitty. He probably does have an upper respiratory infection which is very common in kittens, especially if they have been around a lot of other kitties.
As long as he's eating and drinking well, you can wait until tomorrow to take him to the vet. Until then, if you have other cats, keep the kitten isolated in a warm room with his own litter box, food, and water. Upper respiratory infections are contagious to other cats.
When I brought my kitty home from the animal shelter 4 years ago, she too had an upper respiratory infection. The vet gave her eye ointment with antibiotics in it and within 2 days she was much improved. I remember being very worried about her too.
Good luck and have fun with your new kitty!

It sounds like it so watch her. You can give her a little liquid Benadil.
(sorry if it isn't spelled right but liquid diphenhydramine HCI) just a small amount. This will help with the runny eyes and nose, it may cause her to sleep a little more. Her eyes may become infected too and you can use some contact solution, a few drops in each eye twice a day will clear that up for her. If there are other animals around try to keep the sick one away cause they could get it. It may take a week for her to get better but just her warm and dry and way from where the cold air from outside could blow on her. Good luck.

it's hard to tell. your kitty could have simple allergies, or a cold, or another type of infection.
to be safe, i'd take the kitten to the vet. you'll find out for sure what is wrong. if the cat needs antibiotics or allergy meds, the vet can prescribe them.

That sounds like chalmydia, which is a viral respiratory infection. Get her to the vet and keep her away from any other cats.

The cat might have allergies, but I'd take her to a vet just in case.

Why did you get an animal in case you could no longer cope with to pay for a vet flow to??? He ought to be considered via a vet precise away. you could artwork out a charge plan with maximum vets. you're to blame for this damaging cat's wellbeing! in case you could no longer cope with to pay for the needs it desires, then you certainly could provide it returned to whom ever gave it to you or carry it to a safeguard!
