If you curry sauce is dairy based, I would serve an pickled english cucumber salad-(ingredients, smashed garlic, 1 english cucumber, red oinion, mint, rice vinegar and equal amounts water) let it sit, refrigerate and drain. I would also have some wilted spinach-perhaps some beets drizzled with some olive oil and a fresh squeeze of orange.
Maybe some caramilzed red onion to add a bit of sweetness. Chutney!!! Apricot, Mango, Plum ..anything really goes!
Perhaps a dry riesling or a nice amber ale!

Indian flat bread
The mango chutney is a good choice
Something light with fruit, perhaps an avacado and fruit salad on the side - green beans with almonds and raisins
Cold beer
A sorbet after to cleanse the palate
And a rich light cake or a mousse, with coffee and liquers

Cucumber and yogurt on the side is nice. Peel and slice the cucumber lengthwise and remove the seeds with a spoon. Chop cucumber and mix in plain yogurt to desired consistency, if you like add some chopped fresh or dried dill.

Try fresh green beans with almond slices. Yellow squash with butter sounds good too.
