If you go to a search engine on the internet (google.com, yahoo.com, msn.com, altavista.com, etc...). Then you type in scholarships, you will get a listing of over 10,000 available scholarships. Some you may have to do a small essay.....others all you have to do is sign up. Check with local organizations if they offer scholarships. If you go to fastweb.com you can apply for scholarships...this is an excellent website. You can also try for grants, financial aid and if worst comes to worst try for a college loan or join a work/study program. You can go to college and find a job on campus that will help pay for college. Your best bet is try to go to a local community college, this is the least expensive. Keep up your grade point average and continue applying for scholarships and grants. One of my brothers did this...he attended a community college for two years and took all his basic courses. (He figured why pay 200 dollard per credit when he could pay 35 dollars per credit for the same class). He maintained a high GPA and received a full scholarship to study law enforcement at another college in another state (Miami). If you cannot afford the cheapest school available, then you should be able to apply for financial aid and grants. Where there's a will there's a way. Don't know ur situation, but if you are living at home, you may want to get a job or two for one year and save all your money and then start college. Also, depending on what you want to do with yourself, try to become an apprentice for a company and see if they will pay for your college. Good Luck!!

Excuse me? Sorry but that is not true. I`ve been an international student in the US and all the funding is for US nationals. Only if you're doing a graduate course you have a chance of getting scholarships or grants.
Now as far as your question is concerned...try a Wachovia corporation loan. You will need a US citizen or permanent resident as a cosigner. (Good luck with finding those!) The loan is good to study in any country at an approved University.
If you are legal resident or citizen of the states, UK or whatever country you want to study in, there will probably be many state loans, grants and scholarships available for you. Just ask your school. If you're not a legal resident, then check with the turkish government.
Don't give up, and good luck.

I am from the USA and can't afford to FINISH my education..foreign students have an advantage in the US..they actually get 2 x as much financial aid as USA students do..usually free schooling, free housing, and work study while we take out full loans we pay on till death. Any US school will help you.

+ Try going to the US military and see if they will take you. If you can get in, you can also qualify for their generous scholarship programs.
