I dont know my tv supports 1080i or not, according to the information I gave below, I see that my TV has 720p(1024 x 768) resolution. I dont know it will support 1080i or not ?
Also, I dont know what cable HDMI to connect my ps3 to my tv. I just found HDMI cable in bestbuy that is Monster HDMI cable, but it's very expensive !!!! would you help me please ?

Panasonic 42" Plasma HDTV (TH-42PX60U)

I am no expert on HDMI cables so take my advice with a grain of salt. I checked the local stores for HDMI cables for my entertainment system and they are terribly expensive. I checked online and after some searching i bought mine here because of the low price. I got it a couple days later and i love it.

Yes it does ( all HDTV supports 1080i)

I would highly recommed you look elsewhere for HDMI cable as the $$$$ that Best Buy & COMP USA charges is way too much to spend. Wal Mart sell them for around $38 for a 6 foot cable and you can also find several people selling them on ebay for much less.

Cualquier tipo de cable hdmi que necesito los compro siempre de sitios web, mi último cable comprado ha sido para conectar mi PlayStation al televisor, el cable es perfecto porque es suficientemente largo, es especial para HD y el PlayStation va perfectamente, muy contenta con la compra.
