That may be the highest insult but definitely not the highest compliment. Tell me you haven't done this. If you have, how many stitches did it take to close the wound caused by the woman you were trying to compliment?

It all depends on the girl. Believe it or not alot of girls would find that hilarious. And in a way that's not degrading on your part. Although a lot of girls would also find it vulgar/offensive.

Its considered a flirtation. A compliment would be stealing her underwear and hanging it from your rear view mirror or antenna.

No, it's kinda gross. Complimenting her on how it looks on her would be a much better compliment than throwing it on your head.
