Do you mean the giblets? I bake mine alongside the bird and use them as cat food for the next week, but they make good people food too.

I haven't found that most guests like to eat the turkey parts found
inside the bird. So, I put them in a pot of water, boil and
simmer. Remove the parts. Cut them up and give them to
the dog for a special treat. Then I use the liquid in my stuffing
mixture and also in the turkey gravy. Good Luck and Happy

I always boil it to properly cook it and then give it to the dogs. They really enjoy it.
