Which one is better to lose belly fat? If I eat correctly and do one of these things, which one would help more if I do them for an hour 6days a week?

Neither will work on "belly fat" Fat is reduced over the entire body usually in the reverse order of when you put the fat on. Both those exercises are hard on the knees. If you can only do one or the other, I recommend stair climbing (take it easy coming down the steps because that loads the knees and feet). Rope jumping is very hard to keep going long enough to make any difference in fat reduction. For fat reduction you'd be better off taking long walks.
You can firm up your belly by doing crunches.

Those are both fantastic exercises and would be most beneficial if you do them both. If you threw in some other sort of cardio exercise like running, elliptical workouts, or rowing, you would find an even greater benefit to the workout. The body grows use to things surprisingly quick and exercise is no exception. The key to any successful workout/weightloss/diet program is variety. Mix it up and your results will speak for themselves.

if you don't really have too much belly fat, then do AB excersices. If you do have a lot of belly fat, then excerisise in general to reduce it..you cannot spot reduce..the fat is reduced from all over your body.

if you are dieting already, i suggest you do an aerobic activity that burns the most calories...
my suggestion is that you do both. mix up the activities each day so different muscle groups get exercise. i would guess that the stair running is better.

jumping rope engages your core muscles, i.e. abs and such. The would probably be the best of these options.
