CO2 Emissions is one side of global climate change, but deforestation is another.

We keep cutting down forests in rural, suburban and urban areas, how is it expected that the futures will be a "new day" if we are only worsening the quality of air and water?

Eventually, the forests will be gone at large and suburban rural tree cover will get down to a few.

The planet earth is our home and I believe that we should not only take care of it but respect it as well as you would your own house. I am sad to know that our precious home in it's natural state is being deforested. Unfortunately, I really don't have an answer for you only to express that maybe we are all partly responsible for buying products from the very companies that use these natural resources for economic gain. Alsp our animals are going extinct along with these forests and natural areas, our health is in question. Money and gain has been put before our precious earth above all else. I just has to add this but maybe someone else has the answer.

Apart from deforestation, thousands of acres of forest burn every summer everywhere. Some efficient way to replant trees quickly in those burned areas should be implemented before the erosion will ruin the soil forever.

One possible method is to drop from airplanes or helicopters seeds and plant-lets in special vessels which penetrate the ground. The vessels containing enough nutrients and moisture for the initial growth of the trees.

The percentage of success shall be improved experimentally by testing the materials, the shape of the vessels, the altitude from which they should be dropped, etc.

With such method a random distribution and variety of trees close to that of a natural forest can be achieved.

Another advantage of planting from the air is to allow the reforestation of areas very difficult to reach.

Probably this method will be cost effective even if the rate of success is rather low.

Deforestation is one thing, replacing it is another. With uncontrolled harvesting, such as in the amazon, vast quantities of forest as lost. Here in north america we have regulations in most places which control the harvestins and reforestation of our crop. There is less to worry about here in that regard. The forests will never be gone from our continent, we have lots of trees left, all you have to do is get in a plane and fly over the north.

CO2 emissions are gone didn't they teach u about plants and photosynthesis . The plants have already absorbed almost all the CO2,if u don't believe me go measure it. It is not just the trees but all green plants even these in the oceans. The plants have done such a great job that I have Sean no increase for 30 years.
