A restaurant in Dalls serves a fruit that is glazed with a clear sugar coating. Does anyone know how this is made?

here is a recpie for a glaze, and I am sure you could substitue any fruit jiuce fot the friut you like best.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. pineapple juice
