Take a walk by yourself, with a friend, or with your dog. Or, go to a spa and get a massage. Or, you could just pamper yourself by giving yourself a nice, warm bubble bath, put on soothing music, and have a at-home manicure and pedicure. A vacation also works, if you have the time and money.

taking a nice hot bath
get naked and dance to your favourite song
get a heat pack and put it on your neck
go for a walk in nature

more masculine way - hit a heavy bag, less masculine way - play music and dance around your living room naked. I do both by the way.
