I have been givensome almond bark and I'm not sure what to do with it. Any good recipes? I haven't foudn anything great yet.

ALMOND BARK COOKIES

2 1/2 lbs. almond bark
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
2 c. Rice Krispies
2 c. dry roasted peanuts
2 c. mini marshmallows

Melt almond bark in 200 degree oven or in microwave. Stir in rest of ingredients. Drop by spoon onto wax paper.

Almond Bark (also known as vanilla flavored candy coating) is an artificial chocolate made with vegetable fats instead of cocoa butter and with coloring and flavors added. It can be found in 1.5 pound packages, in blocks, or in round discs where candy supplies are sold.
The term is also applied to a type of candy consisting of sheets or chunks of semisweet or milk chocolate to which almonds or almond pieces have been added.

It's meant to be eaten the way it is. It's candy.
