Most digital cameras that have both internal memory and capacity for a memory card have a function that will allow you to transfer your internally captured photos to your memory card, once you put the memory card into your camera. You will have to go through your options and there should be a command to allow you to do that.

Not really. You will need to re-take the pictures again, or find a different subject for others to view. Sorry, but cameras don't have memory capabilities unless the camera was purchased with that built-in option.
