No way, when I went to Annihiem 2 years ago there was stuff goingon all the time. I see all the time that there is crime in Ca. on CSPAN all the time.
Atl. only talks about the same crimes 3 or 4 times a week not like in CA. which has a different crime every day.

Atlanta versus any city in California has a higher crime rate. However certain sections in Los Angeles would be more dangerous then Atlanta due to the fact that crime in California is sectional, where as crime in Atlanta is spread out. Atlanta is just under Detroit for crime.

no atlants does not have a higher crime rate than cali cause cali is a state, but if you put a city like la and the atl up against eachother then hands down atlanta is a more violent place to live, but because of the lagre population diffrence between atlanta and LA you cant do it by the numbers only by the rates, and accordng to the rates atlanta is more dangerous

Flint MI was declared highest crime rate per capita in U.S. this year, and no ATL has a lower crime rate, but neither ATL or Californians can drive.

No. You're comparing a city (Atlanta) to a state (California).
