Illegals and their brethern don't like hearing the truth. Ever noticed?
Sure, all folks have stuff happen but what are the ODDS is what we need to look at. How many illegal does it take?
Frankly, I haven't been real concerned about it except to say they shouldn't be here. What more do you need to know. (The Pro and Illegal group would tell you it was God's Will. They would have died one way or the other. Mexican, or ? and so on.)
Guess the folks/families that had the loss would feel that anger/loss especially so.
Who ever said this wasn't WAR or invasion?
People will wake up when one of their kin gets nailed by a drunked bracero or whatever.

Sir, What does his legality have to do with him committing that horrible crime? Tragedies like this happen every day. You only bring up the ones where there's an illegal immigrant involved. Is your goal to make every illegal immigrant seem like a killer? You try to play the "If He would have never" game. (If He would have never) been here, this would've never had happened... Well for all the drunk drivers: if they would have never been drinking in the first place, all those DUI fatalities would've never have happened. You are focused on one crime only and that is the crime of immigrants crossing the border illegally who then commit another once they're in this country. The same applies all those DUI suspects, once they enter that drivers seat and go on the road, they have committed the crime of DUI and once they hit and kill someone, they have committed another. Keep in mind his drunkenness is the reason to blame for his DUI Manslaughter and I don't see how a persons legal status plays a role and how it makes a difference when one kills another. He should be charged like any other felon and his legal status should not be used in the prosecution because that's totally out of the subject.

Sounds like you are saying that all illegal immigrants are responsible and reckless drivers. Not so. Even if you were to deport every illegal person in this country, you will still have countless people dying in car accident. Speed kills, drunkedness kills, talking on the cell phone kills. Not obeying the signs kills. Not watching where you are going kills. Should I go on?

More than 3,000 Americans per year are killed by illegals according to statistics (when you annualize the numbers). That is as many as have died in the entire Iraq war.
But no problem, right?
To the two posts below me, these deaths are preventable by enforcing our laws.

it's funny that terrorists haven't thought to use the u.s. mexican border to mass murder americans. you hear about mexicans coming across the border getting arrested and set free in mexico only to come right across the border again hours later.
what would stop muslim extremists from Nonchalantly walking across the border with a nuclear bomb or any other kind of bomb for that matter. they could move a whole army across the WIDE OPEN border for all anyone would know and have killed 100's of people before anyone could stop them. as poor as mexico is they wouldn't have any problems paying their way into the country and finding all the help they need.

I see by the answers you got no one realizes had they not been here(illegally) they wouldnt have been there to cause the accident,its unfortunate no matter illegal or not but I understand your point
