Something casual and short, like an hour and half...
Maybe a short lunch and a walk in the park to see if they like each other.
Long dates like movies and dinner get awkward, especially if they decide they dont like each other. Also you cant get to know each other staring at a movie screen for 2 hrs.

I think that first dates over coffee or tea for a short time are the best. Movies leave no time to talk and get to know each other...and dinner is a big deal.
Take it slow, enjoy it!

a good first date would defenitley be the movies and watch a scary movie so htey can get close,
if ya know what i mean...alot of people would do that 4 a first date.

a nuetral restaruany.. not too fancy, not too casual... it depends really on how they act around eachother... if they're already good friends probably a movie....
