YES! I am an (attractive) 22 yr old woman and I love love LOVE silver hair on men. DON'T be afraid of grey! That salt-and-pepper look -- black with gray, giving contrast -- is particularly attractive to me.

I think gray hair can be hot, especially if the hair is a medium length emo style with black tips. Of course, you can always become a George Clooney. Or Taylor Hicks.

I started graying in my 20's and my hair color was the very first thing that attracted my wife to me when we first met. She still says it's one of my best assets !!!
