Should people be banned because of their effect on the ozone layer?

I do not like brussel sprouts but I cook them occasionally for others, The gas produced by cruciferous vegetables does not effect the ozone layer or global warming. Cows belching on the other hand has been studied for collection

The ozone layer is created by the solar winds crashing into the earth's magnetic field . I don't believe there is anything that man can do to either.
