Word or Excel. Or if you don't have Microsoft Office or want to pay for it, get openoffice. It has the same programs as Word and Excel and will do the same things.

in microsoft excel, u can sort the list alphabetically.

You can do it without Excel. Use Notepad to make a file with your list. Put it in the root drive, such as save as C:\mylist.txt
Then open the start menu, choose Run and for a command put:
sort < c:\mylist.txt > c:\sort.txt
Then open up c:\sort.txt with notepad again.
