It depends a little bit on what you are worried about. If it's really big worries you've been having for some time and it is becoming kinda disturbing I suggest seeing a doctor about it, that's important. But if it's there only for a short period of time in a determined circumstances(ex. during Christmas, exams, etc.), then what I suggest you to do is not to take some miracle pills or anything but finding something to get your mind off of what is worrying you at that moment.
There's plenty of things that can work, you just have to find which one works best for you. For some, playing sports, reading, going out with some friends, taking a walk, watching a movie, working on a new project can take their mind off, for others it might be other things.
But rembember, if your worries has been there for quite some time or they don't go away, go see a doctor about it.

A spiritual quest will do wonders. Bringing a quiet mind and a peaceful heart.
Faith in life is just the way it's supposed to be, and nothing but, positive, healthy action can change it.

It is said that happy people don't worry; normal people worry only about those things they have control over and unhappy people worry about those things they have no control over.
Don't worry about things you have no effect on!
