This happened to my husband, while I am in Mexico finishing treatment for breast cancer. I will join him in 4 more days. He is 66 and had a catarct removed from both eyes 14 months ago. 2 months ago he had a film removed from one of them by laser. He normally sees very well and only needs glasses for reading.

That happened to me. It was more of a distortion or blurriness. I went to a medical clinic right away. They told me that it is usually accompnied by a migrane headache shortly afterward but sometimes not. It was called a "false migrane"

I STRONGLY suggest as the nurse did and go have a dialouge with a doctor or nurse. That's what I did.

To get a better idea of what may have happened, I'd have to able to question you and have a back-and-forth dialogue and you haven't given enough information to go on without that.
