Videos are hard to come by, at least free downloadable ones. There are plenty of videos that can be purchased though. But there are plenty of sites with pictures and descriptions of how to do the training. Here are some:

Screw limewire. Google "youtube downloader" that application lets you pass into the URL of the video from youtube and it will receive it for you. this is a large application. savor =]
