does he give you any signs that he likes you? if so what does he do? plus, why are you going after a guy with a girlfriend? you wouldn't like a girl trying to take your boyfriend.

If he has a girlfriend he doesn't like you babe. You shouldn't even be considering him. Imagine if he was your boyfriend how hurt you would be to know he was flirting with someone else. My parents taught me that how you meet your man is how you lose him. You meet him cheating, you'll lose him that way. If he really likes you, you'd be the g/f. Basically what I'm saying is that he may be interested. But do you really wanna be the girl on the side?

chances are if he has a gf he doesnt like you. if he does and starts to flirt with you, he could do the same thing to you if you guys go out. id wait until they break up to make a move. once he does, try flirting with him and see if he flirts back, or ask him yourself. being upfront about it can often be the right way to go.
