I'm not sure what vitamins you're talking about but geletin does the same thing. Jelly or jello promotes growth in both hair and nails as they are both made of the same material.

Calcium and Biotin. Biotin is in the "B" vitamin family. You don't need mega doses and you don't need a prescription. I've been taking Biotin for several years and have seen a major improvement in both hair and nail strength.

Many vitamins on the market. They are great...if used according to directions. However, nothing with come close to a healthy balanced diet! Good rest, exercise and taking care of yourself in general.
Tip: try jello it has pectin & gelatin gr8 for your nails and hair. Comes from marrow.

Sea kelp and B vitamins are really good. Also prenatal vitamins and masage you scalp for good hair growth. Use Almay nail strengthner its wicked

biotin helps with strenthening hair and nails but you need MEGA doses that a doctor can prescribe. I don't think there are any side-affects though.

I have learned that pre-natal pills work best. You can buy them at Wal Mart for like $7 bucks.

when i was pregnat and after i was finsished being pregnat i used prenatel vitamins and wow my hair and nails grew.
