Does anyone know of a PC equivilant of Mac's Photobooth (besides photoboof; it doesnt seem to have the same effects as photobooth)?

Any of your thoughts on the matter would be appriciated.

Photo Booth is not an equivalent of Adobe Photoshop. You can't edit images in Photo Booth. Photo Boot is strictly for use with the iSight camera. I've never seen anything like Photo Booth for the PC, sorry.

Actually photobooth is the Mac equivalent (And a poor-mans equivalent at that) of Photoshop. Photoshop can be obtained for mac or pc but if your pc is newer it is just as stable on both.
I would go to bearshare and download an older copy of Photoshop (Version 5 or 6) and play around with that for a while. if you like it and you're not a student or a teacher, then the latest version will cost you about 500 bucks American.
Also you can legally download a trial version of the latest version somewhere around on www.adobe.com
