I've heard that if you want to kiss a girl you should try touching her hair. If you start touching her hair and she lets you do it - she wants to kiss you. If you makes you stop, she doesn't. Once you kiss her once making out will be easy.

if you like a girl and she likes you then she wants to amke out with you... ussually if you look into her eyes and she holds your gaze and the mood is right she wants to kiss you also stroking her hair and putting your arm around her helps to tell if she's comfortable with you.....
