If you have a Radio to Speakers setup, any of the speakers will work just fine. there will be no real difference in performance. If you have a Radio to Amplifier to Speakers setup, get the most RMS rated speakers that fit your budget. As a general rule, as long as you are buying a Known Brand Name in car audio, the products will be well made and last a long time. My personal Speaker Choices from brand name is in order: 1. Pioneer 2. Kenwood 3. Alpine 4. Sony 5. JVC 6. Clarion 7. all the rest like fosgate/kicker/audiobaun/etc.

Blaupunkt used to make excellent radio receivers. Not sure if they've changed in the last few years. Don't know much about their speakers, but the radios used to be damned good and was for many years the only radio Saab would put in their cars.

Blaupunkt is of good quality. they make a damn good car stereo, speakers etc. I had the complete works in my car years ago and was very satisfied with it.
