If however you are asking what the woman should has answered the 9-1-1 dispatcher, she should have given the address to the fire as well as some directions for the fire department.

The dispatcher seems really ignorant! If someone is a blonde, doesn't mean they are really blonde...they could be blonde outside, but are they inside?
