Yes, you can. Contact the medical faculty at your nearest university.

My father wanted to do this, but he had had part of his bowel removed, and the secretary regretfully said that the body had to be complete before they could accept it. I don't know whether this would apply to appendix, adenoids and tonsils, which are removed so often. The faculty will tell you straight.
