How can I remove shine from my face in a picture? Any programs I can use?

If you use PhotoShop it is easy. Click on the CLONE icon, pick up a spot near the shiny area that is the same coloration but not shiny using ALT-CLONE, and click on the shiny area to drop the cloning over that shiny area. Repeat as needed.
