when i download anythink it will not run or save?

Are you on a Mac or pc?
Mac, ask someone who knows.
PC, it's just too easy not to make work. either you have no hard drive space or you keep misplacing the down loaded file.
Always down load to the desktop, and install it in the programs section of the c drive.

look in the place where u saved it, and download has a option to
OPEN OR SAVE.
