I work in a preschool and I catch every sickness that comes through. I'm always sick. Is there anything I can do to boost my immune system?

I've tried echinacea and it hasn't worked. I most commonly catch bad colds and the stomach virus.

Vitamin C, zinc, echinacea, olive leaf extract, kyolic garlic, probiotics, there's plenty of stuff.
Head to your local health food store, or even better, a naturopath. That way you can describe exactly the kinds of viruses, etc, that you're exposed to on a regular basis, so it can be determined which products are best for you.

A gamma globulin shot boosts immunity for 1-2 months. When combined with a flu shot, its probably about the best you can do with conventional medicine. Of course there are al sorts of folk remedies available, but most are of questionable value.

Take vitamin C and zinc and try to get in a few minutes each day of sunlight on your skin to help you absorb vitamin D. Also exercise and try to eat healthy.
