when they are busy, they just all of a sudden disappear without even making a short call notifying their gfs. I got annoyed a lot by this. If they just told me that i'm gonna be busy for the next week so we'll talk after that, it would be fine for me. But i hate it so much that they just go ahead and dont talk to me for a week without even saying anything about it and just let me wonder what's going on and that's driven me crazy.

This is a fact that you need to learn to live with. It has taken me a very long time to accept this. Your guy will appreciate you not nagging to him about this. Simply accept it as his way. He will "like" you even more if you have a care-free attitude.
