since it's been little things building up, i would highly recommend exercise. it releases serotonin and dopamine in the brain...the "feel good" hormones. and you will release the stress that's storing up in your organs too. i take anti-depressants for my diagnosed clinical depression, but exercise still really helps me too. best of luck...i hope you feel better soon. i wish you a peaceful and prosperous new year!!
