I got it for christmas and it was supposed to come with a dvd of instructions, but it was mysteriously missing :( does anyone know of any good exercises that I can go with it? (P.S. The kind of exercises that REALLY work well) Or maybe some sites that give me some instructions for all over body workouts?

Stability balls are an excellent way to build core strength that will lend to your building strength and agility in your larger muscles.
It's too much to go over here in this answer, but I'm sure you can find a book about stability ball exercises anywhere. Try online. You'll end up with so much you won't know what to do.
