The only way to solve the problem is to change minds, which, in order to change all minds (which would permanently solve the problem) is impossible, but we're working on what we can changing the IGNORANCE as much as possible by education, then basically falling back on some version of the Serenity Prayer.

May all beings be free from suffering and find true happiness. That's all any person ever wants and it's not really a hard concept to work for. If I can do it anyone can.

Religious intolerance is caused by one thing - Religion.

I do not mean having beleif I mean having blind beleif where you simply follow the teachings of your religion without wuestioning what they mean.

Beleif in god is good but organised religion simply promotes intollerance. This leads to evil being comitted in the beleif you are correct.

Just so you know I do beleive in god I just don't want anything to do with religious organisation

This is a difficult question. I think that the world will have to grow up, and embrace Unity. We will all have to understand that we are all one, and we will all have to accept that there are as many valid paths as there are people. We will have to learn to accept that there is not only one true path, and to accept that each person has to find his or her own way by looking within. Some of us will have to stop telling others that they have only two choices: (accept what I say, or suffer eternal damnation). We free thinkers of all persuasions get so tired of that attitude.

Admit to the people that this planet has been has been visited for thousands of years by beings from other planets. And when ancient biblical say them they couldn't imagine anyone with ability to fly so they called them God. Lets start weening ourselves off the idea that there is a man living in a cloud who never shows up. So called God does make a showing every now and then, but with the use of better knowledge we now call them UFOs

Go back in time and stop the formation of the three main intolerant monotheistic religions. They're the cause of religious intolerance. Each of them are sooooo sure they're the right one, they've been killing each other for centuries over it. (And even killing members of the same religion over minor differences in teachings!) If they were gone, religious intolerance wouldn't be a problem.

It will be solved soon enough.

For this we declare to you by the word of The Lord, that we who are alive, who are left until the coming of The Lord, shall not precede those who have fallen asleep. For The Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the archangel's call, and with the sound of the trumpet of God . And the dead in Christ will rise first; then we who are alive, who are left, shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air." (1 Thessalonians 4:15-17 RSV).

"This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy is he who shares in the first resurrection! Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and they shall reign with Him a thousand years." (Revelation 20:5-6)
