Ok, i'm a girl, 5. 7 feet and 130 lbs. Is that fat???? Also does anyone know any exercises to tone up your thighs and butt?

You are not fat, infact your weight is perfect, do not lose anymore or try to. I have a pilates ball (those big ones) and you can get a workout video for your thighs and butt, I think it is the best thing I got. good luck.xxxxx

It depends. you sound a good weight to me. get your BMI on this site - the ratio of height to weight compared to other americans. if it's normal or under, you're fine! You should provide a pic of your bod because some people weigh a LOT and it's only because they're all muscle and quite skinny/toned (muscle is heavier than fat - a muscle person can weigh the same as a fat, fat person because of this). toning thighs and butt: lunges are the absolute best. you can feel the burn right away, and they are very powerful - a little goes a long way. go to this site to learn how to do them effectively and properly. good luck!

Not fatty at all, yours is an ideal size. Try isometrics, that is, tightening or squezzing your muscles - hold, hold, hold and release. Repeat as much as possible.

That is a normal weight. It also depends on your age and yourbody type. But that is the average body type.

No, it's not fat for your height. It might actually be a little underweight., so don't worry about it.
