Go to the Richard Petty Driving Experience at one of the larger tracks. They have a plan for every budget. Have a blast!

I've done Fast Track schools and Speedtech schools, both are awesome, but Speedtech lets you run by yourself with no pace car to follow or "speed limit". Fast Track and Richard Petty's schools, unless things have changed, both use a pace car that you must follow. Either way, it's a blast. Last I knew, the Petty school was the only one at Daytona, so I guess I'm going to do some Petty stuff someday. Bristol is a ton of fun for the money, and Charlotte under the lights is pretty cool, also. Get a second job, every penny spent is totally worth it! There are other schools out there also, like Jeff Gordon's or Buck Baker's.

Richard Petty Drving Experience is probably the best and most wide-spread. You can ride along for around $80 and go up to the 2-day 80 lap race speed for around $3500-$4000. I think the website is 1-800-BE-PETTY.com

I personally think that doing this with one of the most famous and experienced drivers of all Richard Petty would be your best bet. I think that anything that has him in it or sponsoring would be awesome because hes jsut that type of person. So have fun.
