ok so theres this guy. I went to the mall to get pictures taken and he was my photographer. He is wayy hot, and it seemed as if he was hitting on me. I had to do a pose when i was facing the wall, and one arm was above my head, and the other was by my face. He was RIGHT next to me mirroring what i did. He was like "your good at this, do you do this often??" i just kind of giggled, and we went on. So than like a month later, i was in the mall with a couple of my friends, and he recognized me and said hi. So just a couple weeks ago i was in the mall with one of my friends, and i was walking by the store, and he came out. And was like hey, how are you? i just said good, hbu. the norm. than i was totally all gigly and kinda flirting, and than he was like "ok well ill let you get back to shopping, stop back later" and i was like ok. So i walked past the store becuz we were going to get ice cream, and kinda looked out of the corner of my eye to see if he was watching, and he was, so i looked

Well, for one it doesn't matter if he's flirting with you because you could get him into a lot of trouble. Let's also consider the fact that your 15-16, and probably over exaggerate all he does. Your probably excited because he's in older man. The guy was probably flirting with you, but he doesn't think anything of it. Unlike you, who seem to think he wants you now. So yes, he was flirting with you, but that's not uncommon. Okay, that's it. Congrats? He thinks your hot and you giggle at every word he says. Yep...

Maybe you should get a t-shirt that says "Jailbait" and see how he reacts. He probably knows and is just a pervert trying to get a few nude pics of you for his collection.
And you KNOW you got no business even looking at that guy, so why don't you just quit screwing around trying to get his attention.

It may be that he does not know you age. Try dropping hints about how old you are and he should start backing off. Unless, he is some kind of creep. Then you just need to try and avoid him at any cost.
