We are absolutely clueless as to what to pack and the neccessities.
We'll be able to rent skis there, but is there anything specific we need to bring ourselves, besides the obvious basics (luggage, warm clothes, etc.)?
We are a family of two adults, a 9 year-old boy and a 13 year-old girl.
We're leaving tomorrow morning!! =O

it looks like you have already gone and come back. how did it go?

btw - my list would include hat, ski gloves, ski mask, long underwear, sweaters, parka, boots, extra socks, sunscreen, chapstick/lip balm, sunglasses/goggles, neck warmers, snacks, backpack, ski helmets (for at least the kids), camera, water bottle/camelback, swimsuits for the spa/hot tub and a set of ear plugs for each person if you are sleeping near/on the mountain since the snow-making machines can be loud at night.

Andorra, inbetween France and Spain it is also tax free. Because your children are such a young age I'd reccomend the Private Family lesson, I think 6 is the age they can go into a class alone If your beingers, look into Andorra some more, there are amazing "easy" slopes and some more challenging. Clearly Aspen or Canada would have some of the better slopes, but they are not inside Europe -_- Andorra is outside the E.U also, but uses the Euro Get some brocures from your Travel Agent (You don't have to book through them, online will be cheaper) and read some reviews on the Ineternet, maybe even here on facalaties in the area Have a nice holiday, don't brake any legs !
